Great picture! Interesting description. In far less scientific terms, March definitely came in like a lamb and went out like a lion. However, March 31 was very warm, yet windy. I think the temperature reached 74 degrees yesterday. Most of the month, though, was cold and there was a storm last week that closed or delayed the opening of some schools.
