Hi Bill, Syracuse weather has been very similar to what you’ve had in Pennsylvania – days of rain and days of drought. Overall, the temperature had been very warm for this time of year. A mild winter, with some snow, a fair amount of rain, and mild temperatures is expected. BUT in central NY, you never know . . .
